The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it. “Clean room nice location ”

“Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good. She tried to get one of her workers to fix it. After over 2 hours, we finally had slightly hot water, better than what we had on arrival. Breakfast was ok. But they dont replenish the buffet so if you arrive late..too bad!”
