"Arrived to a room full of ants crawling all over the walls, bathroom counter and ceilings. Reported to Expedia and hotel front desk. Was charged for the night even though we had to leave and pay for a hotel end where and had not even unpacked and had only been on property more than 39 mins. Took me 2 days on vacation to fight the charges with the hotel and Expedia. It ruined my vacation. "

"We arrived very early and the staff was able to get us checked in earlier than we expected. They were all very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, AC worked well. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub much while there. Overall a great experience and close to the park maybe less than 10 minute of a walk. The Fifth Rooftop Bar was another great perk of staying there. "
