Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. The Tray Hotel Hai Phong
Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.
