まあまあ！！

事前に予約をしておいたにも拘わらず、フロントでの予約確認に３０分ほど要しました。予約時の内容をフロントに見せたのですが、ホテルの方では、「予約番号や宿泊者名が確認できません」とのこと。電話番号他で了解をいただいたようです。ということでスタートからトラブル。風呂は温泉かつ露天ありでまあよかったですね。また、朝食付きがいいね。ただ、部屋のカーテンレールの不具合やトイレの臭い等気になるところがありましたが・・・。市電電停から歩いて約１０分程度。少々歩きます。

ショッピングから帰って来て鍵を貰って 部屋に入ろうとしたらいくら鍵を回してもダメでよーく観たら違う部屋の鍵だった最悪！！食事はバイキングかと思ったら御膳でガッカリ！

習慣有私人浴室的最好別住，浴室時不時停水，很麻煩

飯店人員似乎不懂英文，但服務態度很好，設備雖然不新，但也算乾淨舒適。可是，入住的那晚，房間衛浴設備時不時沒水，不然就是只有熱水，反應多次，服務人員亦無法解決，只能碰運氣以及耐心等待，等看什麼時候才有水可以沖馬桶，什麼時候有水可以刷牙洗臉。

残念なトラブル

家族で連泊した。 予約時、子供の分の布団が含まれているプランを選択したが、ホテル側に伝わっておらず、子供の布団を追加するなら有料になると言われた。予約確認ページに明記されていたので、それを見せたところ、次の日から布団を一組追加してもらえることになった。 情報が伝わっていなかったのはホテル側のミスではないかもしれないが、布団を増やしてもらえないかと問い合わせた時の受付の女性の態度がとてもきつかった。 こちらが「子供の布団が含まれているプランを予約したと思います。」というと、「してません」と返され、予約時に確認したといっても、こちらにその情報は来ていないので有料になるとの一点張り。布団を含むとの表記がされていないという、ホテル側の情報をプリントアウトして部屋まで持ってきて見せつけられた。ホテル側にどう伝わっているかよりも、客である私たちがどのような契約で予約したかが重要なので、ホテル側の情報をわざわざ印刷して見せに来る必要はないと思うのだが。 最終的には予約確認ページを開いて、（支配人の？）男性の方と一緒に見てもらい、納得してもらえ、2泊目からは快適に過ごせた。 食事は（特に1泊目）は値段に比べておいしく、部屋も比較的清潔な印象を受けたのだが、布団の件の対応が残念だった。 また宴会場と同じ階の部屋で毎日宴会が入っており、多少騒がしかったが、宴会は夜も早めに終了していたので、就寝などには響かず、あまり問題はなかった。

湯の川温泉エリアのおすすめホテル

場所もロケーションも最高でした。従業員のたいおうも親切で温泉もさいこうでした。 夕食も朝食もおいしくてさいこうでした。
