This is my third stay here. While the location is excellent as always, the property feels neglected. The lobby AC vents were filthy, the private onsen had visible mold in the tile grout, and the in-room washing machine was full of lint. I sincerely hope management reads this and improves their staff training and cleaning standards.

Onsen and viewing lounge is wonderful. Room is good overall , and the view fantastic on the right floor n direction. 8 mins walk to jr hakodate , and located in the heart of hakodate fish market. Breadfast can be chosen from 19 restaurants associated with the hotel,, though, not all breadfast is good.

This was a very nice hotel. Easy walk from the train station. Close to the morning market (did not buy the vouchers from the hotel). Beautiful views from the lounge. Having in room laundry was so convenient. Hotel stores our luggage after we checked out as we didn’t have to catch our flight until later in the day.

Our room is with a laundry in room. We loved it. It’s a washer and dryer in one. Small but good enough for a couple sets of clothes. All the rooms we have stayed in all over Hokkaido are very clean. Especially the bathrooms. And all the staffs are very friendly and respectful.

Modern Hotel in Great Location

Very modern decor. About 7 minute drive to historic district and ropeway. No restaurants in hotel but lots of eating choices within walking distance. Near train station. Our room had a free washer/dryer combination unit with detergent which we really appreciate as we were in the middle of a two week road-trip.

The hotel is located a short walk away from JR Hakodate, the bus station, and tram stops which made traveling to tourist attractions (such as Goryokaku, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward) super easy and convenient. In addition, it's next to Hakodate Morning Market Ekini Market. In terms of the hotel, our room had a washer and dryer which allowed us to do laundry. Furthermore, the public bath, and lounge offered a relaxing time and a great view of Hakodate, respectively. The only complaint would be that the AC/heater in our room was very loud so we had to turn it off. All in all we would stay here again.
