I LOVE HAKUBA SUN VALLEY HOTEL. From the second Kinoshita-san picked us up, the staff and management was not only attentive but extremely helpful and mindful of our needs. Next time I come to hakuba I will 200% be staying here again! MAHALO HAKUBA SUN VALLEY HOTEL

Super stay, homely, friendly, helpful, good coffee, good selection of breakfast bits, the lady owner is a Jem, super accommodating, and Ly was great for lifts around town, would (and hope to) return in a heartbeat

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.

Nice sky area with several options to choose from; nice people, great snow and beautiful mountains. Price of sky rentals high as per US reference but worth it.

Everyone was so polite and nice. The food and culture were amazingly good. Skiing was pretty good, some fresh snow and some days with clear blue skies and fantastic views. Lifts were fast with no lines, great range of runs.
