“La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ryokan. Our room (toki) was beautiful with every creature comfort we could ask for. It is minutes away from the main bus stop and has plenty of food options. The Happo one slopes are not too far away, but would recommend having a car to get around if you want to try other slopes ”

“Joe sama and June sama are the most kind and hospitable hosts. Their English was perfect which helped with directions and made communication seamless. Everything about our stay had so much thought and care put into it. The onsen was superb. The baths were tranquil and clean. The breakfast was like a Michelin star quality. Everything was local and fresh every morning. They provided helpful recommendations and made reservations for us at nearby restaurants that we walked to. The rooms were...

“The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

“Wonderful hotel, service, location, everything!”

“My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would...
