“All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. They always smiled and gave us a lot of information. Their Japanese breakfast was good. They kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out, so we could enjoy ski all the days. There are free ski lockers. In 5th floor, there a onsen(hot spring) bath. It has a outside bathtub. They took us(including ski) to the bus terminal by their car. ”

“La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars ”

“the staff was so sweet and helped us out with all of our needs, even though i was on vacation his kindness made it felt like we were back home. The rooms were small however it was only meant for sleeping and the futons were SO comfortable”
