"We have never had such helpful staff member .Romain acted like a tour guide as well as English speaking contact at the hotel.He new about ,lift tickets ,the ski resorts ,rental gear,restaurants,taxis ,clubs and bars,transport to and from Hakuba ,bus time tables ,etc etc . "Quite possibly the nicest hotel experience I've had. The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable (helping with suitcases, calling taxis, the private onsen luxurious, and the room well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like a massage chair and bluetooth speakers. The breakfast is a must. I only stayed one night but already felt incredibly refreshed. 10/10 would return."
