"This property was great for my family and I. My only complaint was that it was impossible to find. We didn't receive the real address until check in time. Maybe it was our cell service but we we're unable to find the address given. Once we found it, we dropped a pin to remember how to get back each time we left the apartment. Everything else was great- the property helped us with anything we needed such as extra towels and toilet paper. "

"Thank you to Nathaly because she was a perfect host. She helped us with everything we nedded. The apartment was clean but the building seemed unfinished. But the worst is the area. It is absolutely and terribly noisy until 6 am. In addition, the apartment hasn't any dark curtain and you can see the outside lights all night. "We have been here for one week holiday. The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. The balcony was "equipped" with dirty chairs and sunbeds, and the air conditioning device of the room aside leaking...

"An absolutely stunning hotel, amazing service from the staff, lovely choice of pools and beach areas, restaurants amazing with lots of food choice, staff are so friendly and helpful. Stayed here solo for 4 nights and wish it was longer, the views and atmosphere of this hotel are beautiful, it’s comfortable, you have everything you could need. Guests are also extremely pleasant and I had the most wonderful stay. Hotel is very classy and the piano bar is a lovely touch. The staff are incredible in every area including the restaurants, round the pool, cleaning, front desk and walking around, everyone was so polite. Highly recommend visiting (one thing to be aware of is the area around the hotel isn’t the nicest which is completely out of the hotels control but just to note). Perfect stay; thank you "
