Good value for money with an excellent onsen. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet is good value and excellent. Front desk staff speak English. Hotel is near Lake Hamana and is quite far from central Hamamatsu. Not many restaurants or cafes within walking distance. Car or taxi is required for exploring the area.

A plethora of breakfast options were offered every morning. In the evening, snacks and drinks were provided for a few hours in the lounge. A person could easily spend the whole day here. You'll be fed, there's a pool and spring, a shop on the first floor, free drinks. This place is well worth your $$. We felt very well taken care of. We are likely coming back on our next trip to Japan.

A spa hotel 30 min away from the center

This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The onsen was so nice and well maintained. They offered drinks in a lounge like area before entering the onsen and after you get out. The local tea was so good, I think it was called usuchatou (the spelling might be wrong). The rooms were nice. The breakfast was so delicious and had a big variety. We were a group of 4 and stayed in a traditional Japanese style room and as Americans it was our first time having to lay out futons so it was fun. The staff were amazing, we don’t have service here and twice they called a taxi for us after asking and were very kind. Definitely 10/10 one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at so far in Japan.

チェックイン、朝食はとても混んでいましたがスムーズに案内してくれました。 温泉や卓球も楽しく過ごすことができました。 ラウンジに軽食とありましたが、スナック類が5種類程度あるのみで残念でした。チーズやサーモンなどはありません。近くにコンビニもないのでおつまみが欲しい場合は買ってから行くことをオススメ。

ここは、前回泊まった時にスタッフが凄く良いから　今回も山梨県から愛知県に帰る前のちょっとした寄り道でまた泊まった。次は、ご飯が美味し！！ラウンジの酒も中々良い！！ただ、今回ラウンジが工事中らしいなので隣の会場になった！面白い出来事もあったは、早目にチェックインしたので　部屋に行ったらトイレが開かない　なんで！？誰か居るの？と。びっくりしたら　フロントに連絡したらすぐに耐用してけれて。3人もスタッフが来てけれて　トイレ開けてくれました。誰居ないど良かったわ！！
