Very friendly staff. Easy check in and out process. Clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Only thing would have been better is having a larger bath towel. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Good location if you do not need internet

Great location in the heart of St.Pauli. Hooters 200 meters away. Lots of kebab places close by. Penny Markt supermarket and pharmacy are in the same building. Breakfast is really ok. The only and A BIG minus is that the hotel internet DOES NOT WORK at all. Total ZERO.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Amenities are basic. Single room is cramped even for one person. There are no drawers to place clothes or a coat rack. Only 2 small cupboards. Thermostat can be controlled so A/C is good. Curtains were not fully blackout and let light in through the sides. Area is eh. Probably won't stay in the neighborhood again.

This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. And the bus stops right outside the hotel (a plus). I didn't find this inconvenient (this is coming from a person who likes to walk everywhere. FYI, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. Breakfast is pretty general. Scramble eggs, bread, cereal, sausage and fruits ( coffee and tea options). It was pretty pricey for $15-ish euro ($18-ish euro, if you book on the day of breakfast). The red light district was a block away. It was interesting to walk through but the property tends to be safe. There is a Lidl and Penny Supermarket just outside. Rooms are big and clean everyday. I found this to be very comfortable stay. I didn't hear much noise during the night but I also sleep with earplugs.

Excellent hotel for a Reeperbahn tourist

Excellent choice for a hotel at the end of Reeperbahn. Penny Markt supermarketis in the same building. 300 meters from Paradisee Point. If the room would have had a refrigerator, this would be a 9/10 review :)

Navigation was needed to find the hotel but that is not unusual in Germany.Indoor parking lacked numbering but all the rest was excellent for an elderly couple driving through central Europe towards Scandinavia.

The hotel is fairly close to the Fishmarket and the harbor and a couple miles from Alt Stadt. The direct route walk to Alt Stadt goes right through Hamburg’s red light district with little ve nude shows, etc. and there were several people literally sleeping in the sidewalk. There is a nice promenade along the harbor, so that’s a better route.

Standard for the price in the middle of Hamburg

The team was very gentle but the room was not necessariy clean, the toilet was not that clean and the courtains had some dirty marks

It took 25 mins to complete check in, they gave one of my colleagues a room that already had occupants, it took three people to figure out how to give me a receipt for parking and there was no hot water

Was trapped in the hotel for 10 hours because we were not informed about a cycle event taking place on the day we should leave. Roads were closed down until 17h. The hotel had put a note on the reception wall (among other), but no one cared to let us know verbally upon arrival. No offer of keeping the room for extra hours or offer a drink on the house. Unengaged and unwelcoming staff. Not recommended.
