“I am getting use to having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash permanently in the shower at hotels. A bit disappointed it was not in there especially the body wash. Our room was on the side of the pool so no natural light and the room was dark. Another lamp or perhaps a ceiling fan with a light could help. The coffee was delicious!”

“We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name.”

“Hot tub was a little nasty and needed cleaning.”

“Room was very clean. Nice breakfast variety. Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint was we had a handicapped shower and the water would go out onto the floor . Had to put towels down to help stop the water from escaping. We are not handicapped. Overall excellent. Would stay there again.”

“Took 3 kids all 7 and under and we had a blast. It might be boring for teens.”

“Location, location, location! Waking up to the sweeping views of Lake Geneva is simply spectacular. The interiors have a warm, rustic charm, with natural wood furnishings and an understated, outdoorsy feel that perfectly suits the lake-country setting. Comfortable, inviting, and just steps from downtown—Harbor Shores really captures the relaxed spirit of Lake Geneva.”

“Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay”

“We liked it all!!! Will definitely stay again n you walk around the corner n walk 2 blocks you are looking at a Starbucks on the right n to the left is shopping n food You are surrounded by water no matter where you walk!!! Love Love Love the whole area!!!!”

“Shower water was not hot and had the room with the large tub and paid extra for that. With the temperature of the shower, there was no way I was going to use that feature.”

“Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.”

“Older place but clean and good bed, Microwave, fridge, in room coffee and rump tv.”

“Villa was very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was the bed was way too close to the front door . Literally right when u walked it. Shower could use an updated shower handle ..one you can take down and a safety bar.”

“Pretty view from balcony. Helpful and nice staff. Clean and convenient to everything so didn’t have to mess with parking”

“Pool was closed”

“Perfect!”

“Property is amazing! This is our third you’re coming from our anniversary, it is the only place we stay! It is quiet, it is clean, the amenities are above and beyond. So very happy with everything. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast basket is such a nice little touch. The views are to die for. You can’t get much better than this!”
