“Chair in room was sticky and worn. Needs replacing. Had the air turned down to 62 just to get it to work. More attention to detail needed. Powdered eggs just so so. Went out to eat. Better food outside hotel. If Marriott is going to say free internet it should be just that. I went around ave around getting pushed to the Bonvoy sure to join. This is nonsense. I want a simple sign in without all this hassle.”

“Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee. Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter.”

“Modern and comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet to allow a good night’s sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.”

“Visiting Marquette with my daughter and this very close to campus. Front desk staff is very welcoming and cheerful. Room was clean and space was great. Didn't have a chance for the amenities or breakfast but everything seemed nice. Parking is in the lot next door, which I was worried about but we could see our car and everything felt pretty secure. I'd stay there again.”

“Drywall falling from the ceiling in the shower. Air conditioner was so loud and made a high pitched noise all night. Beds comfortable, large rooms.”

“Beautiful lobby, patio, and rooms. The studio was spacious with a nice view, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. The temp control worked, a call for maintenance for a small rattle noise was answered within 20 minutes. The lobby had a fabulous smell that I would like to bottle. A nice gift shop that was open all the time. The restaurant staff was very friendly. I loved staying here. Parking was expensive but handy.”

“My stay was very good. The owners were great. Off street parking. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This is a great place to stay. Not far from any of the Milwaukee attractions. I will be back!”
