Hotel absolut in Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt, schneller Weg zum Bus. Rezeption eigentlich nur über einen Aufzug zu erreichen, daher für Leute mit entsprechender Angst nicht geeignet. Meine Reisepartner hatten echte Probleme.

Funktionsgerechtes Hotel

Es war schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, der Aufzug als Entree auf unebenen Terrain ungewöhnlich . An der großen Kreuzung gehörte eine Hinweistafel. Das Personal an der Rezeption besonders freundlich, bemüht und hilfreich. Das Zimmer in Ordnung, alles da, was man braucht, inkl. Kosmetikspiegel. Alles sauber.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und in den 3 Tagen war 2x der Aufzug defekt und man musste einem langen Fußweg über die Terrasse nehmen, um das Hotel zu verlassen. Um in das Hotel zukommen, muss man über einen Aufzug der gerade mal 4 Personen aufnimmt, benutzen.

Top Hotel für Musical

Das Hotel ist von außen unscheinbar und kaum als Hotel zu erkennen. Doch es ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Parkplätze vor Ort, super Zimmer und tolles Frühstück. Gerne wieder!

Ideal for single adult travellers

I'm a regular visitor to Hamburg, where i meet friends. I just wanted a small single room for a cheap price. I really got my moneys worth, nice large comfy room (have stopped in much smaller double rooms), bathroom with nice shower that wasn't cramped. It was a blessing as whilst i was in Hamburg the temperature rose to 35 degrees and the room was cool and comfortable throughout. Entrance to the hotel is via a lift which takes you to the 2nd floor were there was an English speaking receptionist. The location of the hotel is literally a 5 min walk direct down one street to Holstensraße S-Bahn. It is a suberb type area but had no issues walking round at night alone and there areca few little convenience stores close by if required. Overall happy, no frills but certainly no let down!

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe der Neuen Flora

Eine Übernachtung für einen Musicalbesuch. Nur ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Neuen Flora. Hoteleingang ein wenig versteckt. Gut , dass wir dies vorher wussten!!! Grosses schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer zum Innenhof lag. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen war das Zimmer angenehm kühl. Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl reichhaltig.

Ruhiges gutes Hotel

Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Nahe einer Bushaltestelle und nicht weit von der S-Bahn entfernt.Freundliches Personal. Die Ruhe im Zimmer ist erholsam. Das Zimmer ist funktionell eingerichtet.

Simple - good for working stay

The hotel is clean and efficient. The breakfast (not included in normal price) is tasty and has a lot of options I would recommend the hotel, if you just have things to do in Hamburg - and not, if you want to hang out a lot at the hotel.

Für den Preis ein super Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Tolle große Zimmer total nah zur Musical Location, nettes kleines Restaurant in der Nähe (Breitengrad) und nicht zu weit zur Elbe. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Super Anbindung und trotz äußerer Erscheinung überraschend sehr positiv in Summe. Klasse Service!!! Zimmerreinigng sehr sorgfältig - auch neue Bettwäsche trotz "nur" 4 übernachtungen! Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - auch bei Tourenplanungen. Das Hotel stellt auch die Hamburg Card mit Vergünstigungen zur Verfügung. Bushaltestelle 2 min Max. Vom Hotel entfernt. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. In Summe - sehr empfehlenswert! Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pit stop i Hamburg.

Overnatning på vej fra Holland. Central beliggenhed, tæt på motorvejen. Pænt værelse med hvad der skal være, og særligt til prisen. Fin parkering. Fantastisk og billig morgenmad, alt hvad maven begærer. Pænt og rent overalt. Positiv oplevelse. Kommer gerne igen.

Godt værelse til en god pris.

Der manglede fjernbetjeningen til TV. Der var ingen hovedpuder i sengen- det har jeg aldrig oplevet før og jeg har haft over 1000 overnatninger på hoteller. Begge fejl blev bragt i orden med der samme.

Praktisches, gepflegtes Hotel

Das Hotel wirkt ein wenig abseits gelegen. Fern-u. Nahverkehr sind trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hoteleingang über den Aufzug wirkt etwas merkwürdig ist aber gut ausgeschildert und zu meiner Erleichterung nachts gut beleuchtet. Die Hotelmitarbeiter an der Reception waren freundlich. Mein Zimmer zum kleinen, grünen Innenhof angenehm ruhig. Für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht war es genau richtig in seinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zum Essen/ Frühstück kann ich keine Beurteilung abgeben, da ich ohne gebucht hatte und lieber lange schlafen wollte. Einen Punkt Abzug beim Service gab es dafür, dass die Zimmerreinigung schon kurz vor 10 Uhr ins Zimmer kam, check-out aber erst für 11 Uhr vorgesehen war.

Doppelzimmer gebucht - für 1. Nach 2 EZ bekommen

Wir hatten ein DZ für 2 Nächte gebucht und uns sehr auf den gemeinsamen Urlaub. Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Schaden im Zimmer entstanden sei und kein weiteres DZ mehr zur Verfügung stehe. Daher wurden wir für die erste Nacht auf muffige, kleine, enge und unsaubere EZ umgebucht. Am nächsten Mittag konnten wir schließlich in ein Doppelzimmer umziehen, welches von der Qualität des Produktes in keiner Weise mit dem EZ vergleichbar war. Das Alles war unnötiger Stress, der uns in unserem wohlverdienten Urlaub aufgekommen ist... Zusätzlich ging uns dadurch auch wertvolle Zeit in Hamburg verloren...

Zentral gelegen, alles gut erreichbar.

Es war bei diesem Aufenthalt alles drin. Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten. Alles in allem aber nichts bereut. Die Hamburger sind nicht so wie es landläufig heißt, zurückhaltend, sondern wenn Hilfe erforderlich ist aif angenehme weise initiativ. Das habe ich in anderen deutschen Städten nicht so erlebt. Meine Mitreisenden haben das auch so gesehen.

Für Kurzaufenthalt okay

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service am Empfang ist nett und rund um die Uhr zu erreichen, so dass es auch wenn man spät ins Hotel zurückkehrt, kein Problem ist, über den Außenfahrstuhl reinzukommen. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Die meisten Hotels bieten Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Hier nicht. Trotzdem, die Matratze war gut. Ich habe super geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut. Alles frisch und alles da, was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Vielleicht keine riiiiieesen Auswahl, wie man es aus anderen Häusern gewohnt ist. Aber alles super. Gute Lage zu Bus und Straßenbahn für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ok.

Gut gelegenes Hotel zum günstigen Preis

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns prima, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden, saubere Zimmer, schwer zu findender Eingang, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück wurde von uns nicht genutzt, zum übernachten absolut ok.
