Originally given a room by the lift, but asked to change and they did with no problem. The hotel is clean, bed comfy, quiet and staff friendly. It's not luxury, but it's clean, friendly and comfy. We'd not hesitate at staying again! Also, easy walk to the airport 10-15 mins.

The lobby area is quite nice. The bar area and the outdoor seating is excellent. Service by the desk was great. The bartenders are all good and provided fantastic service along with a very tasty mojito. Be aware that the rooms are small. The interior design for the rooms great and makes good use of the space. There was a strong odor of sewer gas in the room on entry and again in the morning. This was uncomfortable. Bed was good

The bartender was amazing very friendly, funny and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fresh bread, pastries, and a wide selection to choose from. Rooms are a bit small but great for just sleep and go. The location was convenient for travel to airport and travel by public transport.

Clean & tidy, helpful staff, nice theme to the reception area. Rooms are not huge but perfectly serviceable for a couple of nights stay. Easy walk to the airport terminal and reasonable walking distance to cafes etc, including an Italian Trattoria that serves exquisite pasta.

Good location from the airport when flying late - accessible on foot and o ku a short walk away. Hotel room was far too hot however and you can hear the TV from next doors hotel room when trying to sleep which is not ideal.

Convenient, but basic hotel near airport

It's a convenient hotel in walking distance (15 minutes) to Hamburg airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is basic. Room doesn't have water cooker or coffee machine, no fridge, no glass, a single towel in the bathroom.

Convenient stay if you have to get to the airport in Hamburg early. The room was small and basic, no coffee machine or water boiler, not even a small refrigerator. But nice lounge for drinks, no food (only sandwiches).
