Good stay near airport

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful by taking delivery of our late luggage and arranging transportation to the airport.

Excellent all week

Wonderful and empowered staff. Always prepared to assist 24/7. Breakfast generous and all items fresh and available all the way until closing. Pro-active and always aware of their surroundings. Very pleased with my stay.

The hotel was just OK for the price. The breakfast was OK, the room was small but clean, etc. I was a bit suprised they charged for parking considering their parking wasn't full and it was in an area that is relatively residential but the price at 5 euros wasn't ridiculous, either. Nothing special.

I really loved the staff! The receptionist the Ecuadorean guy was awesome! Very helpful. One cleaner was a a-bit rude. But the other was super nice and helpful even with language barrier. She helped with extra pillows. The room however was ascetically pleasing. Very pretty. But extremely small. They don’t provide kettle or water. No fridge and no air con. If you wanted water you’ll have to use the toilet or purchase at the reception. Hot rooms!!! But the window works and helped to ventilate the room.

The room was really small and good enough for sleeping and not staying in the room but it was clean. Its bathroom was very tiny. Breakfast was simple and low quality. The room which breakfast was served was extremely noisy and too small for this amount of guests.

15-20 mins walk to nearest S-Bahn, so you could be back at the airport in a further 15 minutes, or Hamburg city in 20-25 minutes. Good selection of restaurants 20 minutes walk away. There are a couple of supermarkets within 10 minutes of the hotel, for any essentials. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but limited to scrambled eggs as the only cooked element. Staff are welcoming and friendly. I went for a standard room, which is considerably smaller than the image used to advertise the hotel.

I booked a room with a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together my room looked nothing like the picture it was so small I was only given 1 key so I couldn’t charge any devices I had untill I was back and I pre paid my room when I checked in I was charged tax

Room was very small despite being a "double". Rooms are advertised as being soundproofes but considering there is a sizeable gap between the door and the floor, this really isn't the case, you can hear everything. Breakfast was terrible, there was barely anything, only one or two meat and cheese selections and no pastries etc that you would expect from a continental breakfast. The room was too hot and as there is no air conditioning the only way to try and cool the room is too open the window, but if you do this you'll get fumigated by the petrol station next door. As for the bed, they are so uncomfortable my husband spent most of our stay there in significant discomfort. There are no tea and coffee making facilities within the room and there was no desk to speak of, not unless you couldn't the side of the bed as a desk. Overall very expensive for it's location on the outskirts of the city centre and very very basic.

won't go there again

Arrived early in the evening. Parked the car next to the building in the yard where other cars were parked too. In check-in learned that parking only on the street, not in the yard, and that water bottles are only for those guests who booked directly with the hotel. I assume it was the same with parking but they did not explain. So not me. The room had the twin bed as requested, but that was all; it was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No A/C either. Later in the evening went for a walk and the neighborhood did not feel safe. There were young men (Middle-East or Turkey) here and there and I felt I was the only "Caucasian" in the picture. Got stares. Later in the evening heard a lot of sirens, and one loud bang outside. Dont know what that was. Breakfast was rather minimalist. The only warm dish was "industrial grade" scrambled eggs.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer erinnert eher an eine Jugendherberge, und das "Bad" ist in Wirklichkeit nur ein Gäste-WC. Das Handwaschbecken ist so klein, dass gerade einmal die Hände hineinpassen "zum Gesichtwaschen" völlig ungeeignet!
