"This unit was under renovation. Many of the common areas were not available. The continental breakfast was served in the meeting room. The rooms were very nice with lots of amenities. The staff was quite friendly and helpful."

"Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University. "

"The bathrub in my room was clogged after showering. I reported to staff ASAP. It wasnt resolved that night because it was after midnight. However, staff followed up and sent a repair person in the morning. After several attempts of trying to fix it without luck we were accommodated with another room next door. The staff was helpful with this matter. Satisfied customer here."
