“So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should...

“Ended up having to have a late check in and they were accommodating, for a fee which was lined in the rules. However the heater in the room didn’t work, the wifi was weak and could not connect. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. You can hear every door opening and closing, the exit door is right in front of the room, so you hear that slamming each time.
