床单上留有挺大一部分面积类似于饼干渣还是啥的不明碎屑，感觉卫生并没有做到位。前台反馈换床单最后也没实现，入住体验不佳

Excellent service and everything

The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. Everything was so clean, and they also provided good quality bathroom amenities. It was really a great experience. Thanks - esp to Jason, Ada and Chris at the front desk.

A thoughtful and comfortable boutique hotel

It is a thoughtful hotel paying attention to details. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean though the floor is a bit worn down. I like the lighting buttons which are located at both sides of the bed for easy access. However, the lighting at the entrance where the airconditioner is located is not enough. It will be better if a luggage rack is provided. Mimi bar is also free. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is convenient with local eateries and subway station nearby.

Assez mauvaise accueil, de la part du manager de la réception : petite erreur sur notre confirmation de tel de votre part à savoir un seul petit déjeuner compris sur deux. Il est évident que nous allions prendre tous les 2 un petit déjeuner étant deux dans la chambre !!!Au lieu d’avoir un geste commercial il n’a rien voulu savoir donc l’accueil n’était pas formidable.

Exceptional stay

We had only one night there and spend omat of time outside, but we were very happy about everything in Hotel. Maybe the breakfast buffet could have some more options but we didnt left with empty stomachs, so no problems in there. Especially the bathrobes very super comfortable! :)

Great service, cleanliness, good food

I enjoyed my stay at east hotel. Room was spacious and, comfortable, and clean. Hotel breakfast was great. I am very impressed with the service standard of the staff. Would specially commend "Emily" at the front desk, who helped me with setting up my digital payment methods and gave me great advice and tips about Hangzhou. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time i am in Hangzhou.

Wonderful stay at The East Hotel Hangzhou

We had a wonderful stay at the East Hotel recently (Aug 6-8 and Aug 10-12)and was most impressed with the professionalism and the warm service from all the staff at the front desk - there were too many of them to name during our stay, but Jason, Lucy, Ada, Ken, Joanna and Leo in particular saw to our every needs from train bookings, concert tickets, directions to places of interest. The staff were well trained and took pride in providing excellent service. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a good choice of main and buffet selection, the room was comfortable and clean with only one minor detail which we would like to suggest for improvement - the lighting was a little dim particularly at the dressing and bath room mirror area. We will highly recommend this hotel to both business and family travellers.
