"Second visit to St James and booked St James Suite. Great location and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Several issues with room and very disappointing given extra charged for a ‘suite’. Had to call staff to fix TV which wasn’t working at all and while this was promptly fixed the position of sky box and TV meant you had to stand directly side on to TV to operate remote. There was no air con in bedroom so given its summer the bedroom temperature was unbearable and mattress very very hard so...
