The location is perfect, I loved running around the lake in the morning. The hotel is well situated within a walking distance to the local market, which is worth a visit and the centre of the town. My room was spacious and clean. I have opted for no housekeeping and I received drink tokens instead. The cosmetics in the bathroom were gorgeous and cruelty -free. I was delighted to notice that the hotel incouraged less waste. No small items or plastic in the room. The coffee machine near the reception had only plastic cups, which made me avoid it. More planet friendly option on offer would be great.

This hotel has perfect location when travelling by car. Newly renovated room that even smelled brand new, super spacious and luxurious. Beautiful location by the water and open parking across the street. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately we arrived late and checked out early so we didn't have time to enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked, but would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

Easy enough to get to if driving but a bit of a walk if you want to go sightseeing. Pleasant area next to the lake.

Final stop on our road trip around Europe, and like all the other hotels we used, this was excellent. Parking was easy and straightforward, and the hotel is 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Hannover. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast and dinner was excellent too.

The food at the attached restaurant is ridiculously expensive and quality/taste below average. Waiters are so friendly but extremely slow (hardly any tables were filled with guests), we had to go to them, wanting to pay (after we got up, starred at them, pretended to walk away..). Hopefully hotels will start considering putting 2 chairs at a desk. We are both working.

Mycket fint hotellrum. Nära Swiss Life Hall för musikconcert. Lite långt från allmänna kommunikationer (U-bahn Waterloo). Dålig täckning på WiFi. Man var tvungen att gå ned till loungen för att kunna ladda upp tre större filer. Omöjligt att göra från mitt rum, dock snabbt gjort från loungen.
