Excellent location in Old Quarter. Walking distance to all the action. The room was tidy and the cleaning staff was friendly and tried their best with what they had to work with. The building needs some work and there is a bit of clutter. The elevator is slow and doesn’t reach the top floor where the breakfast is. Internet was very slow and disconnected frequently. I think the price was good and the staff were very nice. Thank you for the great stay in Hanoi.

Toilet in the room was like a last minute make shaft after shower the water was leaking out into room & no in room safe was provided & wifi in the hotel was constantly unstable & u can only use it on the level u stay so if u have breakfast on the 7 floor then too bad got no wifi to use

5/5 best service I experience from the entire of Vietnam, as a Vietnamese person. I’m Vietnamese and I usually hide the fact that I am just to listen in on conversations unfiltered and they always showed great respect to me even when speaking about me to others which has happened to me at other hotels where they think I don’t understand they say rude stuff. But here they did their absolute best to help and provide. The service for tours was absolutely unmatched and I tried several times to check other places for cheaper tours but they always provided the best service for cheaper, sometimes it’d only be 5-10$ cheaper but still cheaper none the less. And when one of my tours got cancelled the entire staff worked on getting my refund even though the tour company was being extremely complicated and not communicative/uncooperative, the hotel staff Philip, Nam and Chien offered to provide me with a full refund and pay on behalf of the tour company. I adamantly refused because they not once tried to scam me out of even a couple cents and were always honest and provided genuine service. Location is also amazing, our washroom had a slight persistent stinky smell but other than that the service I had was absolutely unmatched from any hotel I’ve been in. Would highly recommend especially because the price is extremely reasonable but the benefit of the staff is priceless.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, several options and delicious. Room was quiet even being in a busy area. Tons of bars and restaurants all around it and a short walk to the lake. Excellent stay.

The reviews led me to believe this place was nicer than it really was. Toilet is inside shower and really inconvenient. Bed is hard and small, not a King as advertised. City view wasn’t a view of the city. Nicer hotels can be found in Hanoi for the same money, won’t be back.

Nous avons été déplacés dans le second hôtel du propriétaire car la personne étant dans notre chambre la veille a voulu rester une nuit de plus et l'hôtel était complet. L'autre hôtel était un peu plus loin du centre mais à pied cela restait accessible (20mn) et il y a également des taxis pour un prix dérisoire. Pour le désagrément nous avons été upgradé dans une grande chambre avec terrasse au dernier étage, elle était très propre. Le petit déjeuner le matin était bon et le personnel était très gentil.
