"I really liked this hotel. It was in a perfect area close to many tourist areas. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was always nice. They set up car service to and from the airport for me. I would recommend."

"Amazing 5 star hotel in the Old Quarter. Stayed here 4d3n, the staff is amazing. They greet you immediately by name and always eager to help at every interaction. Big thanks to Rose for helping celebrate my girlfriend's birthday with a birthday cake and room decoration. Highly recommend the hotel. Stayed as a couple on holiday.."

"Excellent property in the heart of Old Quarter. Comfortable, clean with nice amenities (rooftop restaurant and bar) onsite and spa and gym a short walk (3 min) away. Very helpful and kind staff. Can get a little noisy, but quiets down later at night."

"We (2 adults l, 2 kids—6&8) stayed here for two nights with a night in the middle when we left for a cruise in Ha Long bay. The staff were incredible! As soon as we arrived, they grabbed bags from our car, then grabbed and stored them in between our stays. The breakfast was delicious and you could order off their menu for freshly made omelets and pho for free. We feel pretty lucky to ha w found this place for our family. It was comfortable and lovely."

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition. A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel! Thank you, Hanna and the wonderful restaurant team, for making my stay so special.
