"Excellent well located hotel"

"Very friendly hotel, very clean. The staff are so helpful especially Da in reception. He helped us in so many ways, turned detective and located a shop we couldn’t find from a very dodgy photo, sought out ice when my husband badly twisted his ankle, recommended and made reservations in restaurants, managed to change our room to the street side of the hotel when it turned out our cathedral view room meant we heard the bells ringing out at 5 a.m every day, Da is clearly keen to be as helpful as possible and make your stay enjoyable. "

"Staff were amazing, could not help you enough and this was greatly appreciated. Note that the hotel does not have a restaurant and you are required to walk to a nearby sister property for an average breakfast. I would suggest not to include this, there are far better nearby options. Also note that the property is located in a great position down a lane way which is good for noise reduction however a short assisted walk from where you are dropped off by your transport. "

"Lovely hotel, justified by the high ratings. Hotel is very clean and well run. Rooms are great and breakfast is fine. Staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. We booked 4 nights with a days gap in the middle to have a one night Halong Bay cruise. This trip fell through and the hotel staff were able to fit us in for an additional night in the same room, which I appreciate must have been very difficult for this popular hotel in high season. The hotel is located in a great location and we will definitely be back if we travel again to Hanoi."
