코너에 위치해서 안전하고 관광지와 가까워서 좋았어요. 조식도 가짓수는 많지않지만 요일별로 조금씩 바껴나와 이것저것 먹어보는 재미가쏠쏠해요. 특히 무료로 주문가능한 쌀국수 최고👍 근처에서 미슐랭받은 쌀국수 먹어봤는데 그만큼 맛있어요ㅎㅎ 배딩도 깔끔하고 넓직해서 좋아요. 직원분들도 넘친절해서 3박잘묵고갑니다^^

Nice, except noisy room, limited use of elevator
The noise from the cars on the street is quite audible, so it might be not be suitable for those seeking a quiet place, but everything else is great. Access to the elevator is a bit challenging, so if you have large luggage, you might face some difficulty and may have to partially use the stairs. I think you can get help from the hotel front desk.

호안끼엠에서 10~15분 도보거리에 위치해서 상대적으로 조용한편. 근처에 마사지샵들이 가까워서 좋음. 다만 엘레베이터가 2층부터 있어 이용하려면 걸어서 올라가야 함. 특이하게 엘레베에터가 반충에 있어서 엘레베이터를 내려서 반층을 올라가거나 반층을 내려가야함. 룸 바닥이 더러운데 비치된 슬리퍼가 없어 맨발로 다닐 시 발이 더러워져 신발을 신고 다님. 오버부킹을 했는지 다른팀은 제일 좋은 방을 예약했는데 없다며 다운그레이를 하거나 근처 숙소에서 1박을 해야한다고 하는 것을 들었음. 영어가 가능한 여자직원분은 아주 친절하나 다른 직원들은 영어를 못하심.

Friendly staff, Jimmy is very enthusiastic, Sulli is very lovely. They had lemonade offered to us from we checked in until we checked out. The hotel is located in the center, very easy to get to many restaurants around here. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. They also have a tour desk to provide all the tour services you need.

The hotel is in a great location in Hanoi. Jenny, Sulli and other staff are friendly and helpful.Jenny helped me organize a food tour with lots of delicious dishes. There is complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities, which is a nice added bonus. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is good and the room was clean. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is a charming hotel with a great vibe and is in the heart of the bustling Old Quarters. It was great value for money, the room had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really nice and they made pancakes on request. They were happy for us to leave our belongings there once we returned from our cruise, and in between our flights, even though we weren’t staying an extra night. I believe the smaller hotels make for a more personal experience. It was a great stay!

We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel 2 for two nights and it was perfect. The hotel is right in the centre of Old Quarter and walking distance to everything. Jimmy, Jenny, Sulli were lovely and very helpful. They even stored our luggage in a secure location for the 2 nights we were on a cruise in Halong Bay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

This is a very convenient location near restaurants and walking streets. staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are attractively decorated, clean and fully equipped. The service of the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond in helping us in booking cabs through out our stay, they helped us figure out best places to shop depending on our need, the rooms were clean and to top it off they even gave us a small gift of coffee on our check out which was a pleasant surprise.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. The location is superb, especially for those interested in exploring the vibrant night market and taking leisurely strolls around the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. Being so close to these attractions made my stay even more enjoyable.. The standout feature of this hotel, however, was its staff. Jimmy, Alex, Sulli and Jennie were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, they made sure I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff service was exceptional from the moment our transportation arrived outside on the street! mr Jimmy and the morning team were so welcoming to get us checked in and give up pointers as we went out to explore. Ms Jenny was in contact with me before my arrival and she was so helpful and upon meeting with her in the evening, it was like meeting up with a friend! Besides the service, the lodging is clean, comfortable and cozy while the breakfast is delicious! The entire service here is what made us decide to cancel our future booking at another hotel to come back and stay here soon! Looking forward to returning and staying here again soon!

Great location. Very helpful staff. They helped us in planning the trips to sapa and Halong. Great value for money. We initially booked for 1 night and we came back and stayed at the same place for few more days. Breakfast also very good. Thank you Jenny and team for the great experience.

The restaurant staff was very attentive and although it is a buffet they make pho and eggs

The stay in the hotel was really nice and comforteble. Jimmy organiced us a trip to Ha Long Bay and was always there for us if we needed something. He brought us a local beer and also a little gift for saying goodbye. The room was clean and there was nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel to everyone and we will thank Jimmy and the rest of the team for the nice stay in Hanoi!

There is nothing not to like about hanoi as well as this hotel,it's been like home away from home, Max and Tommy made our trip so beautiful,they booked our trip and arranged everything with enthusiasm,thanks to Jim and Sulli,our trip to halong bay was heaven,we didn't have to worry about a thing,from our luxury cruise boats to Halong bay to our limousine trip back to Hanoi, everything was arranged by them.

The staff here are excellent. The hotel itself has seen better days. Every staff member here was very helpful and friendly, top notch. On check-in, they helped us book two excursions, one to Ninh Binh and one to Halong Bay. Both were very high quality and competitively priced. Our room was one of the rear rooms, essentially with no exterior view, only a window that opens to a tiny enclosed space between the buildings. Several bathroom towels were threadbare. The drain to the shower was outside of the shower enclosure, creating a wet mess in the bathroom when you showered. The room smelled musty and old. There are many lodging choices in the Old Qyarter similar to this hotel, but they cost much much less. The location here is amazing. But just know that this is NOT a $175/night off-season Hanoi hotel. It’s clean, safe, has great staff and great location. But just be aware that if you want to pay higher price points, you will find much more up-to-date hotels than the Royal Palace Hotel 2.

The location is excellent. Right in the heart of old quarter and close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredible. They always greeted us with a smile, asked about our day and assisted us with booking transport and day tours. On our return to the hotel after a night away at Halong Bay, they generously provided us with a room upgrade. The interior design is beautiful, air conditioning works well and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bed was also super comfortable. This hotel really is value for money, and I hope to stay again some day.
