" The room, staff, location and the breakfast. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. My little one got sick -‘d I can’t thank the cleaners enough for changing the sheets and for cleaning up our room a few times. The receptionists even took me to the pharmacy to get some medicines. The restaurant guys brought breakfast to our room for my son and wife. The staff did everything that they could. We are so impressed and happy with the hotel. The breakfast was so good and we really enjoyed it. The location is central and easy for shopping and very close to the riverside if you want to go for a walk. Plenty of Cafés and restaurants. There’s are a couple of roti shops quite close to this hotel (2 mins walk) where they sell hot fresh baked super soft buns that one must try. "

"This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel. "

"Le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Très serviable et parle très bien anglais. La chambre etait spacieuse et le lit incroyablement confortable. C'etait très calme par ailleurs. Le petit dejeuner était bon. Très bien placé pour visiter Hanoï. Je recommande également le restaurant de l'hôtel les repas etaient succulents. Bref un très bon choix"
