It’s a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms with nice friendly staff. Only issue is it’s a little further away from the old quarter but if you don’t mind taking a 20 minute drive then it’s good.

The location is in a busy area but then that is Hanoi. Located close to the lake, day and night markets and all the busy shops which is the exciting part of this city. The staff are outstanding. Kevin Tommy, Jennie and all the staff took a personal interest in making sure we had everything. Kevin spent his time marking out all the areas we should visit. The Restaurant staff were also first class. I will stay again at this Hotel when next I visit.
