On occasions western guests got treated differently, eg with more attention vs guests of an ethnic origin. The service in general was very slow. We had to wait over 25 mins for a simple tea! The

It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details.."

Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms.
