“We had a extended stay 3 nights. The staff were amazing. A few tweaks were the coffee machine quit working in the main reception. And breakfasts ended before the time they alloted. Meaning they wouldn't make more even though it was a half hr before the 6-9am time was done. Leaving us with very little to choose from. I did choose this hotel based off the breakfasts. The handicap amenities in the room were perfect, with the exception of the 2 seperate towel racks being broken. And the...

“I would like to thank the employees who were at the front desk and every single one who made sure the property was well maintained. The only thing I will mention is they probably could do a little bit better with breakfast but overall great stay! thank you so much for taking care of my family.. ps I would definitely keep an eye on kids or irresponsible adults who are not being watched in the pool area, especially when they were putting soap in the hot tub.”

“Apparently the fridge in the room wasn’t working because in the morning the food we had put in there was spoiled. I attempted to contact on 3 separate occasions explaining the issue. Two times the manager wasn’t in and I was told to call back (mind you, the manager should have called me back, not expect me to call). The third time I was placed on hold for the manager for FIFTEEN minutes, and then the call was ended. I am done wasting my time trying to call again to get some sort of compensation...
