“Great”

“I drove 9 hours to Georgia for the sentencing of my son’s killer which was already causing me anxiety and then 6 hours into my drive the hotel calls and says my room wasn’t available and they could offer me a smaller room for my family of four which is why I booked the family suite. They eventually offered me 2 king suites for the evening and I could then check in to the room I booked at 12pm the next day I agreed and settled in for the evening. The next day we checked in to the room I...

“Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was.”

“TLDR: Only needed 2 nights. I booked for the cheap rate. “Everything was great. My son forgot his AirPods and staff alerted us and we were able to retrieve them. Thank you.”

“The rooms are dated which is okay but the cable was out the entire stay and we were not offered any compensation or credit. Additionally, our upstairs neighbors must have been having a dance party or they were doing aerobics because it was terribly loud.”

“We could only stay 1 night of a paid 3 night stay. We had a very unexpected death in our family and had to leave.”

“The beds were comfortable and clean the bathtub was a little dirty but nothing crazy. The breakfast was kinda disappointing all they had was tiny bagels and waffles cereal and very watered down coffee and juice.”
