The Rizt Carton is about service and class. They help you unload your car , and valet park it for you. The staff is very attentive and your luggage is taken directly to your room for you. The room was nicely airconditioned and I had a small patio with tables and chairs right outside my room . I could and did, just walk outside my sliding doors and either sit on the patio, or amble down to the lake or anywhere on the spacious grounds. I loved this hotel, it was our first time to Amelia Island. We have two small kids, ages 5 and 2. Everyone had a blast. Property is awesome. As always the customer service at a Ritz Carlton is above and beyond. The location is great, short drive or uber ride in to downtown. Beach feels secluded. I gave the hotel 5 stars, but there is a couple of things that I thought could be improved or changed. The surroundings at the top of this beautiful mountain are restful and still. The cabins are perfect simplicity - everything you could need, flawlessly arranged.
