I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.
The property was well maintained. We had a great view of the mountain from our balcony. The riding stables were close by. Both the prime rib dinner and breakfast were delicious!
This was the first time staying at this property and overall our experience was excellent. Wish we had more time to stay to experience all it had to offer. Wish they had postcards a traveler could get for the property and/or more information on the history associated with Brasstown.
Everything was very nice.
CON:
The breakfast buffet was very sparse, and $$.
It is also not a good time to go while construction on the property is going on.
Other than that it's a great place to stay, beautiful scenery.
We really enjoyed our stay the resort is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is terrific! From the front desk, valet, cleaning, and servers everyone was super kind and friendly! There were a few down sides to our stay- the hot tubs were warm, but the jets didn’t work and even though there are 2 of them- they are pretty small. The pool didn’t feel heated- but maybe it was because of all the rain and the heater couldn’t keep up? But the pool is super big and I loved it was indoors and outdoors! I do wish you could make reservations online for archery etc or there was a person in the main lodge to help (no big deal to call- I just like scheduling online more) I also wished the steam room/ sauna wasn’t in the locker rooms- I would have enjoyed sitting with my husband in either instead of alone. But given just the few negatives I would definitely go back for rest and relaxation! It is a beautiful resort with wonderful workers!!
Beautiful lodge and views. Staff was excellent and rooms spacious and comfortable beds.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Big issue of early morning construction in the room directly above us. Saturday and Sunday should not be a remodeling day. Not enough towels and was cloths in our room, request for more never happened, so I had to go out to the desk in the lobby. No one answers the front desk phone when called from our room. Workout room dirty. The wedding we were there for was beautiful
The property is very nice. A little aged on the cottages. The buffet was very well done , fresh, well seasoned and flavorful. Rare for buffet. The breakfast buffet was a little of a let down. For 22 a person. The omelet station was closed no pancakes or waffles or French toast. So for the price and only having 8 or so options I felt it was overpriced for what you get. I will say the quality was great for both and could tell it was all fresh made with real ingredients. The over all stay was great and the service was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.
The individual room needs updated! We had a balcony suite and all we could see was trees and solar panels! We noticed rooms where being worked on. Noisy! Staff not real friendly except for the door men.
The outlets to plug in phones, etc where in terrible condition! Will probably not return to this hotel as it wasn't worth the price we paid.
The restaurant selection was poor. The main restaurant was very expensive and the quality did not match the price. We ate at this restaurant on Friday night! The bar in the main lobby was not staffed! The club lounge/bar downstairs was packed all the time. The did not have adequate staff to serve the many people trying to eat, and we were just ignored! I was able to snag a drink at the bar and take it upstairs to the lobby area since that bar was closed. However, we tried multiple times to get food and couldn’t! We ended up driving to a chic fil a for supper on Saturday night!
