“I stayed at this motel from Tuesday -Sunday. My bed wasn't made from Wednesday on, trash not removed from the room, used towels left on the floor. I had to do some cleaning when I arrived. On check out day, I spoke with the owner/manager, she stated we clean the rooms every other day and her staff told her that I refuse to have my room cleaned.
