“I am writing this to warn other travelers: do not stay here. My experience last week was completely unacceptable. The room was in a terrible state. It smelled bad, and upon inspection, the bedding was stained and the blankets were clearly dirty. To make matters worse, basic essentials were missing—there was no liquid soap for handwashing and no paper tissues provided in the room. The level of service matched the condition of the room: absolutely awful.”
