“When we entered the room it smelled old and stale. The fire alarm beeped all night and the refrigerator sounded like it was going out, we had to unplug it. When we turned the shower water on rusty brown water came out and it smelled bad. The beds were old and made noises every time I turned over. The remote was busted, but the hotel personnel did bring us a different one and it didn’t work either.”
