"This is a beautiful facility. 3 stars for cleanliness for dirt or grit on the floors. A wet mop would have done wonders for the floor and the raiting. 4 stars for the staff check in was clunky for a prepaid room I should have been handed a key and been on my way but, there were way too many questions and request for a card on file that took too much time. If I want something extra, I'll buy it. Don't pester me at checkin."

"Loved the space and it was convenient to everything! Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite and it was a treat to stay in a historic boutique hotel in the heart of Fort Worth. But I thought the $50 fee for the early check-in (2 hours early) was a bit excessive. Also, the breakfast was ridicously expensive especially since there are so many delicious and affordable breakfast options available on the same block. "

This time he didn’t have it and it was due to management changes. It’s fun and shows a carefree environment we need to bring the flair back. "
