Great experience despite our room not being ready at arrival. The concierge kept our bags and walked us up to the bar upstairs and provided drinks for us while we waited for our room. Staff was kind and courteous. I had a few complaints about the A/C monitor and it being set by the hotel instead of being able to control myself in the room. Never got the temperature to preferred temperature but staff did reach out multiple times to address and try to resolve any issues. That I can appreciate. Elevators seemed to not be working properly so hopefully that gets addressed. Rooms were clean and had great views. Staff was great. Would recommend.
