We initially stayed here because the reviews spoke highly of the cleanliness, and it did not disappoint! Great location in its own little corner and literally 15 minutes or less from everything we come to town to go. 10/10 will be back if in the area.

The entire hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the pool in the in-between time. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We walked to Sundance Square and all around downtown. Great place to stay.

Our rooms and bathroom were spotless and nicely maintained. The staff were super friendly and seemed so happy to have us—they really made us feel welcome! Breakfast was simple but good. The only hiccup was the air conditioning; it got pretty warm overnight, like it might have turned off or slowed down. Otherwise, everything was great! I almost forgot to mention that the neighborhood is nice, too.

Room was a bit chilly, even when we turned down the air. Paper thin walls, could here the cell phone vibrating on and off all morning. But overall a good stay, clean and breakfast was more than I expected.
