“Jesus, this is almost the worst accommodation I've ever been. the room was so dirty, and you can easily find some insects, including an mantis on the bed! The towel was not just dirty, but you can see some really disgusting mark, and staying on it, which make the whole stay painful … The staff can hardly speak English and are not familiar with the SOP for checking in at all.”
