I’ll be honest- for the most part I have been Hapoy with my 2 stays here in Oct/November. The se one stay I noticed a cleanliness issue which might be indicative of a larger problem. I reported it and the staff handled it very fairly, willing to refund me my money or upgrade my room. I was pleased with the upgrade to a larger, cleaner room that did not have the issue.

It’s clean, safe, conveniently located, gets the job done well, which is provide a safe clean convenient place to sleep. Coffee available 24/7, but no breakfast to speak of. Walls are a little thin. Furnishings not new but clean and serviceable. Staff was ok, not super friendly, but not unfriendly. A great value for the price, though! Great mini frig, microwave, so I didn’t have to eat out. TV was huge, if that it’s important to you. I’d stay here again for sure in order to conserve on costs when I’m in the area.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! not only was the check-in terrible she was rude. Then the hairdryer was broken. The microwave was broken and when I told them it was broken, they did nothing to compensate or make it better. Do not stay here if you value your family. there was literally two homeless people using the amenities and taking up the luggage carts. The lady at the front desk said I will call police in a while. He’s been here for four hours. I have nothing against homeless people. It’s a hotel not a shelter.

Hallway leaking water, misty smell, molds smell, our room has broken floor tiles and unsafe to walk bare foot. Afraid to stomp on broken \missed floor tiles. My friend complain itching allnight in bed. She did not enjoy staying in that hotel at all. Front desk male staff very nice. That was it.

Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. The room wasn't awful, but did smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and I found a cockroach on the floor. Shower was not sufficiently cleaned out. That being said, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it provided some sleep after a long day.
