The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. She asks your name, and continues to use it in such a friendly manner that you feel like she sees you as a friend staying with her, rather than a paying guest. “The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...

Mixed Experience with Classic Accommodation
"It was a classic accommodation situated in the heart of Eastbourne Pier. The relatively affordable price came with its fair share of advantages. Appearing to cater to a senior clientele, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and stable. However, the service from the staff was not exceptional. When I requested improvements regarding excessive noise from the neighboring guest, the staff responded with a rather closed-off attitude, stating, 'The law in this country allows for music to be played until 11 PM.' I understand, but that's the same in my country too!!! However, the noise from that guest was truly excessive. Shortly after, another hotel staff member came directly to the room to politely address the issue, probably because of continued complaints from other guests."
