"First off let me state that I knew what I was getting into, knowing very well any properties that has smoking rooms tends to be a little run down. I chose this place because my go-to property didn't have any rooms available and I am a smoker. Its such as shame because this property has so much potential if they will to spend the money to do some minor renovations and upkeep.
Onto my room, I had requested a room with a hot tub, it took forever to fill and the jets didn't work so it was just a large tub. The toilet was wobbly, there was a hole in the ceiling from water damage with mold. The shower handle was loose and it took me awhile to find the right placement for the comfortable water temperate. Tiles were missing, the bathroom floor needs a deep clean as the edges are black. Section of the vinyl flooring pop up and I trip a few times. I am a handyman and these things can be fixed with relative ease if they spend a little bit of money. This place tends to be a little noisy with the customers they attract, cheap rates, smoking allowed, pets allowed. Will I stay here again, I probably will in a bind, but would I recommend it, I wouldn't. "
