“The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

“Staffs are friendly and nice. The room was clean but it needs to have some hangers/hooks for hanging clothes. We had a good stay here. ”

“The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. ”

“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...
