"El lugar es un fraude, robo en la direccion que aparece online, ese lugar no existe, les recomiendo que quiten ese lugar de su pagina, en la calle amistad # 3 casi esquina calle las caobas lo que existe es una casa familiar, donde la dueña tomo una foto de la pagina de ustedes para proceder judicialmente, yo hablare con mi banco para que cancelen la transacion y me devuelva mi dinero. "Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans,the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking.
