“The room was ok and the location was ok. But I didn't read the email that said to bring your own whatever. I needed more towels and toilet paper. I thought it was an actual hotel. It had shampoo and body wash in the shower. I guess that's what it was. I could barely read the label but it didn't matter anyway because it was empty. Not reading the email was my fault, but I didn't see it and wasn't expecting to get one. The check in at 4 pm and NO early check-in was a pain. We might stay there...

“I am still waiting for refund for my booking. I have contacted property as well as Expedia many times via messages, email, and phone. Cape Hatteras is under a State of Emergency and no one will process my refund which is against the law. The roads are not accessible, and this has been declared a natural disaster by the state of North Carolina. Still waiting for replies back from all parties.”
