โIt was marvelous. To be honest I wanted to stay JW Marriot cos people said it's the best in Cusco. But It was fully booked so we had to book this one. But It was a great choice in the end. It's so antique inside and people really welcomed us. The hotel itself was like 'Paradore' in Spain. Spa there was amazing so that we were enjoying there so much while we're staying. Breakfast was fantastic as well. It seemed like everything was 'home-made'. The location was great as well. Less than 5 minutes...
โI really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.โ
โThe rooms were beautiful and the hotel held our luggage while we did a 5 day hike on the Inca trail at no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast is very basic but good.
The only critique I would say is that the hotel can be very noisy because sound echos through the open spaces.โ

All the staff were very kind and really helpful. We brought our own food and kitchen staff was so kind to let us use microwave whenever we needed!
The location was amazing, walking distance to most of places.
We stayed in triple room and it was spacious enough for three and was maintained clean, tidy all the time by cleaning staffs.
One thing maybe we can suggest is to put few hangers in the room so that it is more convenient for people to hang their jackets or...
