“When we entered the room, the refrigerator was covered in sticky residue from an exploded soda can, with dried soda all over the shelves and inside the drawers. It gave us a very poor first impression and made us question whether the refrigerator is cleaned between guests. In addition, the room description stated that a refrigerator was available for guests to use, but it was already filled with soft drinks. This can be misleading, as guests would reasonably expect a clean, empty refrigerator...
