"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "

"New and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were good and breakfast buffet was small and little variety but the quality was excellent and outstanding. Beach also clear and clean."
