"The location and ocean view from the room (which had a balcony) was stellar and definitely earns a 5 star. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean, the room well sized with a jacuzzi bathtub (!) in it. Staff was really nice and helpful and the motel has a lift, therefore, bringing the luggage up two floors was no burden at all. Parking was free. Would highly recommend this motel to anybody."

"Very convenient location. Good hotel. Gave 4 stars because the lady on the reception was the rudest receptionist I have ever met. Didn’t bother saying hello or anything she came and directly asked us “Yes”in very rude manner. All of the staff members were lovely but she really ruined our stay in this hotel. Never smiled didn’t bother to give us any information on anything."

"Our stay was amazing. We had a seaview room with a balcony and spa pool and it was amazing. The room was huge and had more than we expected! The only annoyance was having the metal staircase clanging right outside the room and being woken early by that. The car park was chocca full when I came back from a work event but we absolutely love our room and the property. The location is great and it was incredible value for money. During our stay we were saying how much we want to stay here again but stay for longer!"

"I'm a regular user of this motel. Its always clean and well appointed. Quiet because its not in the main part of Napier but walking distance of all the delights of Ahuriri. The rooms are generous"
