“The place was really great. It was homey and open. It was easy to get around and the dogs loved it. It was warm and the views were really spectacular. We're thinking of renting again in the summer. The owner was quick to address any questions we had and was really sweet and helpful.”

“We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! ”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”
