"Juliana was so kind and hospitable at checkin. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. LOVED THE SPA (included, with good hours!) The sauna was perfect. The location is convenient. You go downstairs and take the metro to city center (takes about 15min). There are grocery stores on the way back. The mini fridge was useful. The tea kettle had white film in it, but that is scale (minerals) from the city water and it scrubs out. Water tastes good. I would definitely stay there again! The price was double the Helsinki and Bergen Clarions though. The gym was good too."

"Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. You do have to request room cleaning and new towels every day. It’s worth it to buy the breakfast as it’s a huge buffet with a lot of options. It can get quite busy though. Very family friendly hotel"

"The hotel had incredible views over the city which were a wonderful surprise! The location was perfect for catching the hop off, hop on bus which meant we could easily explore more of the city. We’d definitely look to stay here again."

"We have good nights sleep here, no airplane noise, room is very basic NO hot water kettle/coffee maker/refrigerator/microwave in room. Breakfast was ok, good fruits & ginger drinks, there are bar downstairs you can get hot water or ice there. We used trains to go into town everyday (purchased the 5 days pass it was a better deal if need to). There was a water station next to the check-in counter so you can fill up your bottles. Love there laundry facilities, it really helps if you need to do a load as needed."

"I chose this hotel for price as it was one of the lowest in the high season in Copenhagen, the other hotels near the attractions were really expensive. so, my option was to stay between the Copenhagen attractions and airport. The hotel is on the newer side, with a great lobby and very clean and safe area of Copenhagen. The room was large, comfortable bed and very clean. staff is very friendly. What else can you ask for! I would not hesitate in booking. My only suggestion for the hotel management is to not use the elevator area by the rooms for the cleaning staff to store dirty sheets and towels, that did not look good at least on my floor. other than that, the stay was great!"
